"The client must provide all necessary information that the company may need to execute the services efficiently and accurately."

"The client may request a return of the service or product if there is a defect or clear issue with the work done. No refund will be issued for products or services that have been modified or customized based on the client's request."

"The client may cancel the order before the service begins or the product is delivered. The company reserves the right to modify or cancel any service due to unforeseen circumstances or technical limitations."

"The company is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from using the provided services. The client is fully responsible for any infringement on intellectual property rights or copyright laws concerning the materials provided by the client."

"Xpassion Advertising Agency reserves the right to amend or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any amendments upon implementation."
